We want our clients to be fully informed so call us if you ever have questions or concerns.
TELEPHONE CALLS A large percentage of an attorney's time is spent on the telephone, so these calls must be billed. Utilizing the telephone usually is much more cost effective than face to face conferences and usually results in a lower bill to the client. Significant savings can result if telephone calls to the attorney are made only if absolutely necessary. Typically, routine matters can be handled by legal assistants or the secretarial staff.ACCESSIBILITY
It is our goal to always be accessible to our clients. Unfortunately, attorneys are very busy. Most of the day they are in court, in conference with clients, or busy doing research. Please do not be offended if your calls are not returned immediately. We will try to return all phone calls as soon as possible, but sometimes it may be 24 hours or more before a call can be returned. Many times someone else at our office can take care of your problem or inquiry so if any attorney is out of pocket please contact his or her secretary and advise her of your needs.
