Our story

Serving the State of Texas since 1976. Our firm was started nearly 50 years ago by William Manchee who maintained a general practice with substantial emphasis on estate and business planning until 2000 when his son, James Manchee, joined the firm. Thereafter, father and son practiced together as Manchee & Manchee, P.C. For many years the firm specialized in post-bankruptcy compliance litigation and general consumer law. During this time MMPC filed and favorably prosecuted hundreds of State and federal court lawsuit and recovering millions of dollars for their clients.
Recently the firm has narrowed its practice to certain consumer issues such as identity theft, credit reporting disputes, personal injury, and estate and business planning.
