Our firm was started nearly 50 years ago by William Manchee who maintained a general practice with substantial emphasis on estate and business planning until 2000 when his son, James J. Manchee, joined the firm. Thereafter, father and son practiced together as Manchee & Manchee, P.C. For many years the firm specialized in post-bankruptcy compliance litigation and general consumer law. During this time MMPC filed and favorably settled hundreds of federal court lawsuit. Today, the firm has transitioned into several specialized areas of the law including estate planning, personal injury, identity theft and credit reporting violations.
